Biofavole presents itself to everyone as an artisan reality, as far away from the industrial processing of fruit and vegetables as it is close to an idea of high quality, the main feature of a truly organic product, from the production of the raw material to its processing.With organic fairy tales, the frenetic rhythms of the third millennium go hand in hand with those marked by Nature: a true triumph of taste and health, which brings the magic of fairy tales to the table.BioFavole is a small family-run farm that for decades deals with the cultivation of organic fruits and vegetables in the Valdaso countryside (The Marche Region).In 2016 the company begun the official path for the recognition of organic certification to give life to a new project: to turn fruit into real "fruit fairy tales", always with the intention of preserve the ancient methods of production and authentic recipes of the Mediterranean Diet.All the products we produce are artisanal made and according to family recipes. The products of our orchard are hand-picked and processed within the same day to preserve freshness and guarantee the highest nutritional values.We carefully choose and select the raw materials from our orchards to obtain genuine and safe products, without preservatives, without dyes and without additives, from puree without added sugar to fruit juices, from vegetable soups to tomato purees.To do this we have invested in machinery and training. The entire transformation laboratory is powered by electricity mainly produced by the photovoltaic system.
